Ingredients

4 lbs pork ribs

3-4 garlic cloves or more

Marinade

6 T Chinese soy sauce

3 T honey

4 T each sherry, hoisin

2 T each: same paste (optional), peeled, minced fresh ginger

4 T slice green onions

Preparation

Marinate for 4 hours. Put in roasting pan on a rack, with a cup of water under rack Bake at 350 degrees about 1 ½ hours. Turn once. Baste often
