Ingredients
8 oz crabmeat. One egg 1 tsp worcestershire. 1/8 tsp dry mustard. 1 T mayonnaise. 1/2 tsp lemon juice. 1 1/2 tsp mustard. 1 1/2 tsp melted butter. 1/2 tsp parsley flakes. 1/2 tsp old bay. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except crab. Fold in crab cakes. Shape into patties. Pan fry
