Ingredients

2 8 oz cream cheese softened

1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Party Dip Mix

4 green onions chopped fine

1 T parsley

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup mayonaisse

large package baby portobello or regular fresh mushrooms

Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing enough for topping mushrooms

1 stick butter

Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, pkg party dip mix, green onions, parsley, parmesan cheese, and mayonaisse. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Stuff mushroom with mixture and then top with dry Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing. Put in casserole dish and melt 1 stick of butter and pour on tops of mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
