Ingredients
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons marzipan
1/2 cup milk
whipped cream, optional
Preparation
In a small saucepan combine the cocoa powder, sugar and marzipan with enough cold water to make a paste. Dissolve the paste with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water. Heat over a low flame, whisking to combine and dissolve any lumps. Serve in a mug and top with whipped cream, as desired.
