Ingredients
2 Onions, red
2 cans Crushed Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
.25 cup Oil
9 oz Ginger & Garlic Paste
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Paprika
Preparation
- Mince the Onions in a food processor.
- Heat Oil in 1 large pan or 3-4 smaller pans.
- Once the Oil is hot, add the Onions and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add in the Ginger & Garlic Paste. 5.Cook till the mixture turns golden brown.
- Keep stirring frequently.
- Add in the Crushed Tomatoes and mix well.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes and add in the Salt, Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, and Paprika.
- Mix and cook till the Oil seperates from the Masala.
- Once the Oil seperates, allow it to cool down to room-temperature.
