Ingredients

Cinnamon stick 1

Cardomom pods 2

Water 3 cups

Ginger 1/4 tsp

Cloves 2

Soy/rice milk 1/2 cup

Assam 2 tbsp

Demerera ugr 3 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Crush cinnamon and cardomom.

  2. Add water and spices to pan and bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stand 3 minutes.

  4. Add sugar and milk, bring to boil. Simmer 2 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and stand 4 minutes.

  6. Strain and serve.
