Ingredients
Cinnamon stick 1
Cardomom pods 2
Water 3 cups
Ginger 1/4 tsp
Cloves 2
Soy/rice milk 1/2 cup
Assam 2 tbsp
Demerera ugr 3 tbsp
Preparation
- Crush cinnamon and cardomom. 
- Add water and spices to pan and bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes. 
- Remove from heat and stand 3 minutes. 
- Add sugar and milk, bring to boil. Simmer 2 minutes. 
- Remove from heat and stand 4 minutes. 
- Strain and serve.
