Ingredients

2 cup Rice ; 3 Popato ; 3 Onion; 1/2 Ginger ; tea spoon Jeera ; tea spoon Turmeric ;1 cup Dal ; 2 table-spoon Oil

Preparation

  1. Prepare batter by soaking rice and dal with ratio of 1:1/2 in water overnight.
  2. Drained the soaked mixture and grind it until consistency is smooth.
