Ingredients
4 ounces mascarpone cheese
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons extract, if desired (vanilla, raspberry, orange, strawberry, rose, etc)
food coloring as needed
Preparation
Whisk the mascarpone cheese and the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter together. Add the powdered sugar, honey, the food colorings and the flavoring, if any.
