Ingredients

•6 Parsnips

•1 onion

•Chicken broth (make sure it has no additives like yeast/starch or corn syrup!)

•1 clove garlic

•Fresh Dill

•Fresh Chives

•Fresh Lemongrass

•Salt

•Pepper

Preparation

Boil the parsnips and onion until soft. Place all ingredients in blender/vitamix , adding herbs and spices too taste. Blend until creamy/smooth. Enjoy! :) Makes about 5 servings.
