Ingredients
2.5 pounds red potatoes
3 tbs butter
3/4 cup milk
minced garlic
Preparation
Then, after many dishes were cleaned I did the mashed potatoes. I like skins so I scrubbed the taters and cut them into eighths. I then boiled them for half an hour, then drained and mashed them. To finish it off I added 3 tablespoons of butter, and slowly mixed in 3/4 cup of milk. And for fun I tossed in 2 spoonfuls of minced garlic and some salt and pepper.
