Ingredients
4 large floury potatoes
1-2 tablespoons margarine
75 ml soya milk
1.5 teaspoons wasabi powder
1 handful fresh coriander, chopped
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and chop into 2 cm chunks. Boil in salted water until very soft.
Meanwhile, heat the margarine and soya milk in the microwave in a small bowl. Once melted, mix in the wasabi powder until dissolved.
Once the potatoes are cooked, tip in the wasabi/margarine/milk mixture and mash thoroughly. Season to taste. Finally, fold in the coriander leaves.
