Ingredients
1 Lb. Fresh Cranberries
2 C. Brown or White Sugar
2 1/4 C. rum
Preparation
Dump the cranberries into a black iron skillet or oven proof dish. Sprinkle with sugar, cover and place in a 250F oven for 1 hour. Pour in the rum and continue cooking, uncovered until liquid evaporates. Do not stir. Stirring breaks up the cranberries.
