Ingredients
fresh argula
1 avocado, cubed
1 mango, cubed
3 green onions, chopped
a couple handfuls of small cauliflower florets (for crunch)
juice of 1/2 lemon
macadamia oil (drizzle to taste)
sea salt to taste
Preparation
Toss everything together except the cauliflower. Massage for a minute to combine the flavors; toss in the cauliflower.
