Ingredients

meat preparation

1 onion

1 can tomato sauce

1.5 tsp garlic

3tsp salt

2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp tumeric

2.5 bs lamb with bone

Plantain preparation

5-6 plantains

1 can coconut milk

1 tsp salt

4 cups water -/+

coconut chutney

1 cup grated coconut

cilantro

5 +/- fresh green chili’s

lemon juice

Preparation

For the meat preparation, add all the ingredients to a pot and cook on medium heat for an hour (until the oil of the meat comes out) AS for the plantains, peel and cut them in wedge pieces and place all ingredients in a pot and boil until the bananas are soft. (keep adding water if necessary and let the water dry) semi mash the plantains and add the mixture to the meat mixture.

cook the two mixtures together for another 20-30 minutes and mix them well together.

for the chutney, place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
