Ingredients

1 Can of refrided black beans

Large Bean burrito shells-Flour

2 Jalapeano peppers

1 tsp Cumin

2 cups of Cheese-Cheddar/Mont Jack

4 Tbsp fresh cilantro

1 tsp dry= 1 Tbsp fresh

Red pepper

Salsa

Sour Cream

Preparation

1 can of Bean burritos Cut up 2 Jalapeano peppers into small pieces. Add dash of red pepper. Mix in grated cheese, cumin, and cilantro. Add to shells and roll up. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

Topping Add ~2 tbsp of sour cream and 1/2 cup of salsa. Mix.

Remove burritos and add sour cream and salsa mix, then top with cheese. Add to 400 oven for 10 more minutes.
