Ingredients

2 medium avocados

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 tbsp chopped onion

4 tbsp chopped tomato

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Cut the avocados into halves and emove the seeds. Scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado
  • Stir in lemon juice, onion, tomato, salt, and olive oil.
  • Cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
