Ingredients

1 lb beef (skirt or flank steak)

Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce, to taste

1/2 cup each of broccoli, chopped carrots and snap snap peas

3 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

  • Cut beef across grain into thin slices (about 1/2 inch thick and across and 1 inch long).
  • Heat 1 Tbsp oil in wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry 2-3 minutes; remove, drain wok and set beef on paper towel.
  • Heat remaining 2 Tbsp oil. Add broccoli, carrots and peas; stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.
  • Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. water over vegetables; cover and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add beef and stir-fry sauce while cooking/stirring, until all pieces are coated with sauce.
