Ingredients

2 cups chicken broth

10 matzos, finely broken

3/4 cup melted butter

3/4 cup chopped onion

3/4 cup chopped celery

sliced mushrooms [optional] at end of saute

2 T chopped fresh parsley

1 t each pepper/salt

1 egg, slightly beaten

Preparation

Saute veggies in butter until softened. Transfer to a large bowl and add matzos, broth, egg, parsley, and pepper/salt. Pleace all in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
