6 pieces of Matzoh Brei
3 eggs
hot water
Preparation
Soak the slices of matzoh brie in the hot water for 30 seconds each. Next break the matzoh brie into one inch pieces and combine them with the three eggs. Butter you pan on medium for five minutes.
