                        can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust

cup chopped macadamia nuts

lb. shelled deveined cooked small shrimp

tablespoon fresh lime juice

teaspoon finely chopped serrano or jalapeño chile*

teaspoon salt

1/4

teaspoon white pepper

1/2

cup chopped peeled mango

1/2

cup chopped peeled kiwi fruit (1 kiwi fruit)

cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2

cup drained canned pineapple tidbits

1/4

to 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

1/4

to 1/2 cup chopped red onion

cup chopped fresh cilantro

(8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

red bell pepper rings, if desired

Fresh cilantro sprigs, if desired

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough with hands. Press nuts around edge. Bake at 425°F. for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine shrimp, lime juice, chile, salt and pepper; mix well. Let stand to marinate while chopping fruits and vegetables. Add mango, kiwi fruit, chopped bell pepper, pineapple, green onions, red onion and chopped cilantro; mix well.

Spread cream cheese evenly over cooled baked crust. Spoon shrimp mixture over cream cheese; press lightly. Garnish with bell pepper rings and cilantro sprigs.
