Ingredients

2 cups Greek or plain, unsweetened yogurt

Approximately 1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped into 1/2 inch chunks (smaller if desired)

1 tbs dried mint leaves (more or less to taste)

1/3 tsp salt (or to taste)

Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.

Serve with warm pita, tortilla chips or over toast.
