Ingredients

2 c filtered chicken broth

1/2 mayer lemon

1/4 c chopped celery tops

1/4 c thinly cross sliced Belgian endive or chinese cabbage

Pinch salt

1/4 tsp coriander ground

1 egg

Preparation

Add all parts to a small pan and heat until near boiling. Stir in egg until feathered and cooked. Serve in cups with small sliver of butter and toast.
