Ingredients
1 lb 85%lean Ground Beef
1/2 Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage log
1 cup shredded Motzerella cheese (whole or skim)
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 pkg cocktail Rye bread
salt
pepper
Preparation
place the ground beef and sausage into a skillet and heat on medium heat until fully cooked. (break apart into small pieces during cooking process) transfer to a bowl and add a pinch of both salt and pepper - stir; add the shredded cheeses and blend until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto one slice of the cocktail size Rye bread; place onto a cookie sheet - and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and the bread has started to toast. Serve Hot.
