Ingredients
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 lb ground beef (sirlon)
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1 egg
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup of chili sauce
3 slices of bacon
kosher salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Saute onion and celery in butter, let cool. Add meat, parsley, sour cream, bread crumbs, thyme, marjoram.
Wisk worcestershire,egg, salt and pepper and add to meat mixture.
grease 8x4 loaf pan, top with chilli sauce and bacon, bake 350 for 1 hour until firm
