Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1-2 tablespoons ketchup
1 can tomato sauce
several strips of bacon
brown sugar
Preparation
Mix all but the last 3 ingredients. Shape into loaf. Pour tomato sauce over the loaf, sprinkle with brown sugar and lay bacon slices, side to side, on top. Bake at 350’ for 1 hour.
