Ingredients
1to2 lbs ground sirloin
2 large cans tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1small can tomato paste
four or five ribs celery
1 green pepper
1 large onion
3 bay leaves
dash red peper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil(as needed)
Preparation
Brown sirloin in olive oil. Saute chopped onion in same oil. Add tomatoes,sauce and paste. Bring to a slow boil. Add celery,green pepper bay leaves,salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Keep at a slow simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
