REMOVE TOP & SEEDS FROM PEPPERS. PARBOIL 5 MINUTES; DRAIN. BROWN ONION & MEAT IN HOT FAT; ADD TOMATOES, CORN & SEASONING; STUFF PEPPERS. TOP WITH BUTTERED BREAD CUBES. STAND UPRIGHT IN GREASED BAKING DISH; ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER TO BOTTOM OF DISH. COVER AND BAKE, 350 FOR 1 HOUR.
