Ingredients
210g tomatoe sauce
170 g tomatoe pureé
1/2 a tomato sliced
1/4 red wine
1 teaspoon mustard
basil (fresh)
oregano (half a teaspoon dry)
pepper
1 garlic clove minced
olive oil
Preparation
cook the garlic in olive oil then add the tomato sauce and pureé; after add the fresh tomato. mix while adding the red wine and the basil. after add the mustard, oregano and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving
