Ingredients
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
1/2 Cup minced Onion
3 Eggs, beaten
2 Tbls. Dried Oregano
1 Tbls. Garlic, minced or grated
1 Tbls. Salt
1 Tbls. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
1 Lbs Meat (Beef, Veal, Pork, Turkey or any combination you like)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients with hands and shape into meatballs. Cooking options: Add to simmering soup or sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven until done (time will depend on size of meatball) Freeze for future use.
