Ingredients
Ground pork, veal and beef (meatloaf mix)
1-2 c. Italian breadcrumbs
½-¾ sleeve of Ritz crackers (crushed)
2-3 eggs
¼-½ c. of fresh parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley and basil (to taste)
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Black pepper (to taste)
Tomato sauce (or ketchup)
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients by hand then roll into balls (spoonful) and fry in olive oil on med-high heat.
