Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1/2 c. bread crumbs

1/2 c. water

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

14 oz. can pineapple tidbits (reserving juice)

1/2 c. chopped green pepper

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. pineapple juice

1/2 c. vinegar

3 tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Shape into balls and brown. Put in slow cooker or casserole dish.

In a pot combine next ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to vinegar. Stir until smooth. Add to boiling mixture, cook until thick. Pour over meatballs. Cover.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.Or in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
