Ingredients

1/4 lbs ground pork

1/4 lbs ground veal

1 lbs ground chuck

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp minced parsley

1 med. or lrg. onion, minced

1/2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp worchestershire

2 tbsp milk

1/4 cup Heinz ketchup

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 can Campbell’s tomato soup

4 med. red potatoes, quartered

1 stalk celery, sliced

1 carrot, sliced

Preparation

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Mix first 12 ingredients well and form a round loaf in a dutch oven or casserole (make sure that there is plenty of room for the vegetables around the sides). Place vegetables around the loaf and pour in the tomato soup. Bake covered for an hour and a half.
