Ingredients

1 2/3 to 1 3/4 lbs ground sirloin

1 medium onion, chunked

2 ribs of celery heart, cut into 2" pieces

1 green bell pepper

1 large egg plus splash of milk, beaten

1 cup plain bread crumbs

2 T grill seasoning

1 cup smoky barbeque sauce

1/2 cup tomato salsa

1 T Worchestershire sauce

Vegetable oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 Place sirloin in big bowl Put onion and celery into food processor. Remove seeds from pepper, cut up and then add to processor. Pulse blades to finely chop vegetables. Add to meat bowl Add egg beaten with milk, bread crumbs and grill seasoning to meat bowl. Mix barbeque sauce, salsa and Worchestershire sauce. Pour half of sauce mixture into the bowl. Mix with hands Brush 12 muffin pan with oil. Fill each with meat mixture. Top with a spoonful of remaining sauce. Bake about 20 minutes. (cut open 1 muffin to test that the middle is cooked through)
