Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs of 85% lean hamburg
2 lg eggs
3/4 of a sleave of ritz crackers, crushed to rough size crumbs
2 to 3 tbs of worchestershire sauce
1/2c BBQ sauce
1 sm onion finely chopped
1sm green pepper finely chopped
Preparation
mix everything together, easiest to use hands. spray meatloaf pan with cooking spray, pat meat down in pan to form a loaf, cover top with ketchup. bake in 375 degree oven for aprox. 45 min. or until center is no longer pink. let stand for 10 min before cutting.
