Ingredients

1/2 pound Hamburger

1 1/2 cup Saltine crackers or bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 Tablespoon worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup Chopped Onions

1 Tablespoon rosemary

1 Tablespoon Thyme

2 cloves Garlic

Salt & pepper

1/4 cup ketchup

Ketchup topping

Preparation

✗ In first bowl Combine Worcestershire Sauce, Vinegar, and Ketchup with crackers

✗ In second bowl Combine meat, onions, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt & pepper

✗ Add bread crumb mixture to meat mixture

✗ Put into medium sized loaf pan and top with ketchup.

✗ Put into Oven on 375 for 35-40 minutes.
