Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten

1 pound ground beef

1 box stuffing mix (any kind, I use cornbread)

1 cup water

1/4 cup barbecue sauce (or ketsup, steakhouse or whatever you like)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Mix beef, stuffing mix, water, eggs and sauce in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf or transfer into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until center reaches 165 degrees.

Sometimes I boil a few eggs and stick them in the center of the loaf. You can also top with a little more sauce of your choice.
