Ingredients
2 lbs chopped meat (combo of pork/veal/sirloin)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 and 1/3 c bread crumbs
6-8 oz yogurt
2 large eggs
2tsp worcesteshire
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 c tabasco
Preparation
Saute onion and garlic in oil, set aside. Combine in a separate bowl: yogurt,eggs,worcesteshire, dijon, thyme, pepper, salt and tabasco. Add meat and mix until it absorbs the yogurt mixture. Add onion and garlic to mixture, mix thoroughly. Add bread crumbs and mix well.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
