Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey

1 lb. ground beef

2 eggs

salt and pepper

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

fresh parsley, chopped

2 tblsp. Worchestershire

3 tblsp. sour cream or plain yogurt

for topping:

1 can whole cranberries (not the jellied stuff)

ketchup (half as much as the cranberry)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead until well-combined. Pat mixture into a large loaf pan. Spread the cranberry mixture on top (you don’t need to put all of it on, save the extra for serving).

Bake for about 1 hour.
