Ingredients
8 oz hummus
8 oz spinach artichoke dip
8 oz cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can sliced black olives
olive oil and lemon juice to taste
Preparation
Mix hummus, dip and cream cheese together in mixer. Add garlic and 3/4 of chopped red pepper and mix to combine. Chill for at least 2 hours, up to overnight to combine flavors. Serve spread on a platter, drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice to taste, and remaining chopped red pepper and sliced olives. Serve with pita chips.
