Ingredients
-Romaine lettuce & Radichio
-Cherry tomatoes
-Fresh black & green olives
-Grated Feta cheese
-Albacore in Olive Oil (Lazaro foods)
-Chef Esmeralda’s Special Mediterranean Dressing
Preparation
Serve the Romaine lettuce on a plate with the Radichio, add the cherry tomatoes, add the black and green olives over the lettuce and tomatoes. Grate Feta cheese over the salad. Add the Albacore pieces to the salad and finally spread dressing to it. Enjoy!
