Ingredients
3 cups Fresh Spinach
1 cup Fetta Cheese
1/2 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
2 med Tomatoes
1 Carrot (julienned)
Olive Oil
Rice Vinegar
Preparation
Toss spinach and basil. Top with Tomatoes, Fetta and Carrots. Drizzle with olive oil and rice vinegar.
