Ingredients

3 avacados - slice into cubes

2 butter lettuce heads

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

3 oz. walnuts

2 small tomatoes- cubed

1 cucumber- cubed

1 tsp. pepper

3 cups mushrooms

Preparation

Cube avacados, cucumberm tomatoes. Slice butter lettuce.

Sautee mushrooms with olive oil.

Mix ingredients.

Top with pepper and walnuts.

Add balsalmic vinegar to taste.
