Ingredients
8 chicken breast fillets
4 cloves of garlic
3 T dried oregano (not ground)
salt and pepper
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cup pitted prunes quartered
3/4 cup fried apricots, quartered
3/4 cup green olives
4 bay leaves
2/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup white wine
Preparation
-24 hours combine everything except sugar and wine -marinade the chicken in the mix -just before cooking, sprinkle on the brown sugar pouf over the wine -bake 30-40 at 350F
