Ingredients
Mediterranean vegetables: e.g. tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, sweet pepper;
Feta cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Herbs
Preparation
Cut the vegetables and the cheese into slices and align them in an oven pan, e.g. one tomato slice, one zucchini slice, one feta slice, one tomato slice, once zucchini slice, one feta slice etc. etc. Put olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs on it. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 min.
