Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground lamb

1/2 lb. ground beef

1 egg

about 1/4 cup of plain bread crumbs

small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic chopped small

3 T of olive oil (depending on how fat your beef is)

2 lemons

handful of fresh mint shredded

spice mixture–oregano, nutmeg, parsley, thyme, cumin, and pepper

salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all of the ingrediants in a bowl with the juice of one of the lemons and a big pinch of the spice mix; grill over charcoal or sautee in oil about fifteen minutes; serve with a healthy chunk of the other lemon to squeeze over final product.
