Cook 6 ouches short pasta; let cool. In a large bowl, whishk together 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 2 chopped anchovy fillets, 1 tablespoon chopped capers, and 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest.
