Ingredients
Salmon Filet with skin on (Enough for however many people you want to serve. About1/4- 1/2 lb per person)
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Italian Seasoning
Feta Cheese
(Serve with Wilted Spinach and
Garlic Mashed Potatoes)
Preparation
Rub salmon filet with lemon juice and then olive oil. Place on aluminum foil in baking pan, skin side down. Liberally and I mean liberally (no pink to be seen) coat the salmon with italian seasoning such that the entire surface is covered. Cover and Refriderate overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees F Sprinkle surface with crumbled feta cheese - not too much. Bake until done. Serve over Wilted Spinach with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. (The Salmon will just peel off the skin which will attach to the aluminum foil.)
Alternatively - You can put the foil on the BBQ.
