Ingredients

1 c. Onion, diced

3/4 c. Cilantro leaves spice

1/4 c. Olive oil

3 Tbsp. Lime Juice

3 Tbsp. Orange Juice

2 Tbsp. Dried Oregano

1 Lb. Tilapia , sliced pieces

Corn tortillas

Preparation

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients till well blended in bowl.
  2. Slice tilapia into pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. Pour bowl mix and tilapia into skillet.
  4. Heat up tortillas for a minute.
