1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup black olives, pits removed

1/4 lb. fresh mini buffalo mozzarella, quartered

1/2 cup slivered red onion

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and toss with following dressing: salt, pepper to taste 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 anchovy, mashed 3 tbsps. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. dijon mustard
