Ingredients
3 c. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 in. pieces
6 oz feta
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
6 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
5 c orzo (12 oz box)
Salt and pepper to taste
Basil maybe
Preparation
Marinade: Blend garlic, zest. mustard & lemon juice with hand blender. Add olive oil and blend well. Pour in Ziploc and add asparagus.
Cook orzo to al dente. Drain.
Grill asparagus. Toss with feta and orzo.
Maybe save some dressing to toss in.
